I currently manage the Laguna Beach Lifeguard Instagram. In my two years without any paid support, I have increased the following by 50%. In the past six months, my use of video content showcasing rescues and explaining our organization's mission has led to a 587% increase in daily reach, a 267% increase in followers, and a 327% increase in impressions.

 

My strategic approach effectively captures audience attention, communicates our message, and drives significant engagement across various social media platforms, fostering a growing community of supporters.

Surfline Gear Guides + Reviews

I crafted concise and impactful content strategies that increased engagement. I developed "Short and Sweet Reviews," a biweekly content series hosted by everyday surfers. These reviews included a 500 editorial, captivating titles, 1-minute videos and 30-second teasers. Through this, I successfully increased Gear's social media presence with a 465% increase in views on Instagram in one month, and increased the editorial click rate by 10%.

 

I developed Surfline's first International Holiday Gift Guide that showcased relevant content (EU, AU, US) in each region. This boasted a 65% click rate, doubling Surfline's average. By segmenting the guide into easily navigable product categories, I facilitated a seamless shopping experience, resulting in over 100,000 views within the first two weeks alone.
